What is Old School Boxing? In general society uses terms and phrases that have been passed on from decade to decade without concious thought, heard but not defined and understood it's just accepted. But how did it originate? what does it mean?

Is old school a method of fighting or training of boxers that is obsolete and is of little or no value in the modern game? or is it tried and true concept(s) and method(s) that should have been retained and blended with the new as they came on the scene?

Yep, it's predicted to be another barn burner with both going all out as in the previous encounter, but I don't think so.  So to get right to the point and give my analysis of what to expect, based on my experience as a boxer, the last oppnent you want to see is the guy you just went to War with whether you came out on top or not, both of the participants need time, diversions, a change of scenery before having to continuosly fix their eyes on the foe who put some serious hurt on you physically, psychologically, believe me you don't want to look into those optics so quickly again, not having been given sufficient time to recover from the trauma of a hot fistic battle!
